New Declaration

This tool appends a declaration to the list of global declarations:

• Select the New Decl entry in the marking menu on the Declarations node in the index or on a specific declaration.
• Depending on whether you applied this tool from the Declarations node or on a specific declaration node, the new entry will be added to the bottom of the list or below the specific declaration.
