Assign Fusion Set
This tool assigns and merges fusion sets:
- Start a new fusion set: Apply the tool to a place with no fusion set tag. Continue applying the tool to the places that should be in the fusion set.
- Pick up a fusion set in the tool: Apply the tool to a place with the fusion set you want. The tool can now be applied to add other places to the desired fusion set.
- “Clear” the fusion tool from the current fusion set: Apply the tool to a place in the current fusion set. The next time you apply it to a place, it will pick up the fusion set of that place or start a new fusion set.
- Merge two fusion sets: Pick up one fusion set and apply the tool to a place in another set you want to merge.
The cursor shows which fusion set is currently active in the tool.

The default name for new fusion sets can be changed by editing the text under the Assign Fusion Set tool index entry.
